Our Peugeot Aftersales team completed an extensive training programme, to ensure Portfield Peugeot is one of the leading businesses for customer service in the area.
After finishing a nine month consultancy, Portfield Peugeot was presented with Peugeot UK’s ACE (Aftersales Customer Experience) Accreditation award.
The fully-inclusive programme ran by Peugeot UK Aftersales experts, provided coaching and training to Portfield Peugeot's management team, following a period of observation, to maximise the Dealership experience for customers. Subsequent learnings have built on the Dealership’s existing expertise to improve reception and workshop processes as well as on-site facilities.

ACE Accreditation is a nationwide initiative that Peugeot UK launched in 2015 and is driven by an international programme from the PSA Group.
The scheme aims to ensure that the highest standard of aftersales services are delivered to customers via its entire network of Dealers.
