Customer Service Hits a New High at Portfield Mazda

It has been a fantastic start to the year for Portfield Mazda, as our Mazda After Sales team received the outstanding - Aftersales Customer Excellence Award, for their performance in 2016, making them one of the top performing Mazda dealers in the country for customer service. Dave Boltwood was also awarded an individual prize for his work as Master Technician, only four of these awards were given across the entire UK this year. Dave Boltwood has been a part of the team at Portfield Mazda for 23 years.

Mazda UK has also been named Manufacturer of the Year at the 2017 Automotive Management Awards. When making their decision, judges of the prestigious award considered the entire range of Mazda models that are available.

Mazda was recognised for offering models that are suitable for customers’ needs in terms of practicality, cost, style and the environment. Following the fourth-generation MX-5’s RF model unprecedented clean sweep of victories last year in the 2016 World Car of the Year, World Car Design of the Year and UK Car of the Year awards, it’s clear that Mazda’s driver-focused approach to its current model range is finding favour with judging panels and the general public alike.
